This reply is in regard to your inquiries about our Drivesoft System
products. The responses to our products have been overwhelming for us here
at Drivesoft and for our Authorized Dealers. I want to apologize for
sending such an impersonal email that may or may not cover all of your
questions or comments.





The intent of this email is to answer some of the most common questions.



· Retail Price $2,900 to $3,499 depending on the
options.



· We will talk about dealer pricing once your "Store
Qualifier" has been processed.



· What can you expect to sell your customer for the
above $3,499 retail price... 7" LCD Touch Screen, Main Unit with Drivesoft
Software (DFS Pre-Loaded), External DVD Drive, GPS Receiver, IR Remote
Controller, USB Keyboard. DFS will include at least the following... FM,
TV, XM, CD, MP3, DVD, VCD, Navigation, Car-Cam, Picture Viewer, email,
internet, Windows XP and more. See website for additional hardware and
software details.



· The Drivesoft system will consist of 3 basic
components. The Drivesoft CAC-10000 main unit, which would mount under a
seat or in the trunk. The LCD 7" (8" and 10" optional), which is commonly
mounted in the dash. DVD player, which can be mounted in the dash or in
another convenient location. Of course, there or other components that come
with the system and optional accessories, but this is just to give you an
idea of what it takes to install it the main components.



· The Drivesoft System (Main CPU) is 11".5W X 7".2D X
2".75H, which is approximately the size of a six disk CD changer.



· 7" LCD is "7.35W X 1".5D X 5"H, which is
approximately the size of most 7" car audio LCD's



· 8" LCD is 8"W X 1".5D X 6".5H, which is approximately
the size of most 8" car audio LCD's



· The Internet and Email Features require cellular
Internet services, which customers can get through their cellular phone
company. You will need provide a data connectivity kit that is needed to
interface their cellular phone (with cellular Internet services) to the
Drivesoft System. Here are two companies that provide data connectivity
kits for cellular telephones. Susteen with product called Data Pilot and
Future Dial with product called Snap Sync.



· We have had a lot of inquiries about specifications
such as processor speeds, system ram, operating systems, etc... Drivesoft
needs to make it clear that the hardware components are based on a computer
type of platform. However we do not plan on disclosing this information to
the consumer market, since the specifications are continuously changing and
improving due to computer industry standards. This will protect you as a
dealer... for example, you sell your product based on CPU speed, memory
size, etc... and you have a few units in stock. If Drivesoft changes the
specifications to a slightly higher standard before your next purchase, you
may end up with two products that you purchased for the same price with
different specifications on the shelf. You will be obligated to either sell
the units at different prices or deal with an upset customer that bought a
lesser unit days before at the same price. For your information as a
dealer, we will let you know that current units will at least be 1000mhz
CPU, 256DDR RAM with a 40GB Hard Drive.
